SuperGreens - A high concentration of chlorophyll that helps build healthy blood
InnerLight Worldwide manufacturers a product called SuperGreens that is one of the best organic “green drinks” on the market. This formula was created by Dr. Robert O. Young, the author of many books on maintaining proper pH Balance.
SuperGreens contains a high concentration of over 40 different grasses, leaves, sprouts, grains and vegetables. This concentration of greens helps build healthy blood cells. You will not find this number of ingredients and concentration in many of the competitive green drink products on the market.
SuperGreens can be taken in both powder and capsule form and both are effective. If you decide to go the capsule route it’s important you drink water. Water is a critical component of our program.
The proper way to take SuperGreens is to mix 1 tsp of SuperGreens powder with 1 liter/quart of water. InnerLight makes a sister product of SuperGreens called Prime pH that helps boost the pH of any water you put it in. It also helps your blood absorb the oxygen from water more easily. You would put 10-16 drops of Prime pH in with every liter/quart of Supergreens you make, shake it up and enjoy. The drink is very mild tasting, in fact it tastes alot like green tea.
How many liters/quarts should you drink per day? I think a good place to start would be one and work your way up from there. Our bodies are 70-80% water so generally drinking 2-3 liters/quarts of water is recommened. Most people are not used to drinking this amount of water so you need to work up to it over time. There is no rush to get to this level. Take all the time you need.
If you are taking the capsules you will want to take 6 capsules per day. You could do 2 capsules 3x per day, or 3 capsules 2x per day. As mentioned above it’s important you drink water if you go the capsule route.
If you find yourself consistently not getting enough vegetables in your diet, you will want to take a serious look at supplementing your diet with InnerLight products.
One caution about the green drink industry, you don’t have to look very far to find competitive products at the Health Food store or on the internet. My opinion is that the green drink industry is like the auto industry. In the auto industry there is a car for everyone in the marketplace. On the high end you have your Mercedes Benz’s and BMW’s. On the opposite end you have your Ford Focus’s and Kia’s. All the cars drive, but some are just better and more expensive than the others. It’s the same situation here.
