InnerLight Worldwide manufacturers a product called SuperGreens that is one of the best organic “green drinks” on the market. This formula was created by Dr. Robert O. Young, the author of many books on maintaining proper pH Balance.

SuperGreens contains a high concentration of over 40 different grasses, leaves, sprouts, grains and vegetables. This concentration of greens helps build healthy blood cells. You will not find this number of ingredients and concentration in many of the competitive green drink products on the market.

How many liters/quarts should you drink per day? I think a good place to start would be one and work your way up from there. Our bodies are 70-80% water so generally drinking 2-3 liters/quarts of water is recommened. Most people are not used to drinking this amount of water so you need to work up to it over time. There is no rush to get to this level. Take all the time you need.

If you are taking the capsules you will want to take 6 capsules per day. You could do 2 capsules 3x per day, or 3 capsules 2x per day. As mentioned above it’s important you drink water if you go the capsule route.

If you find yourself consistently not getting enough vegetables in your diet, you will want to take a serious look at supplementing your diet with InnerLight products.

One caution about the green drink industry, you don’t have to look very far to find competitive products at the Health Food store or on the internet. My opinion is that the green drink industry is like the auto industry. In the auto industry there is a car for everyone in the marketplace. On the high end you have your Mercedes Benz’s and BMW’s. On the opposite end you have your Ford Focus’s and Kia’s. All the cars drive, but some are just better and more expensive than the others. It’s the same situation here. 2009 Goals

ESTABLISH CLEARLY DEFINED WRITTEN GOALS. I’ve been in this industry for over 8 years now and I learned very early the importance of writing down your goals and having clarity of what your vision is for the future. Your goals can be considered your “road map” to success. ! Our goals give us clarity of the timeframe and the action we want to achieve. Please take some time out of your busy schedules and write down what you want to achieve in 2009. This effort will have a huge impact on your business!

IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP KEY ENROLLEES ON YOUR TEAM. The one strategy can help take your business to unprecidented levels of success. Here is what I would do: As a Business Builder, you should establish a minimum of 5 personal enrollees on your team. Work with, mentor and support these five personal enrollees to become qualifed Executive Directors. Following this approach will lead to stability within your group and increased growth in your income. It is also the pathway to the higher levels of our company, Bronze, Silver & Platinum Directors.

GET INTO YOUR NEW ENROLLEES WARM MARKETS QUICKLY. You will be amazed at the amount of credibility you have when you are talking to someone else’s contacts. I like to have a new enrollee immediately write down the names of 5 - 10 key people with whom they would like to share the product, and hopefully, the business with. Within two weeks, invite these people to a PBR (Private Business Reception) in your home or office where you talk about the product. You could also do a conference call and get help from me to moderate. The transition from product to business can go something like this. “Some of you have expressed interest in knowing more about the business and how you can incorporate it into what you’re currently doing. If you are interested, just speak to me and I will make some time to explain how the business works.” At minimum, your new enrollee with walk away with several new customers and the people closest to them will know about their new business venture. Your new enrollee with have planted some seeds, will have overcome some fears and the “Momentum” for their team will have been started.

THE FORTUNE IS IN THE FOLLOW UP. Personally I’ve been on the products for 8 years and we have so many other experienced people that are ready to help you. It just gets down to focus. In the next couple of weeks get better organized. Get clarity on what your system of follow-up will be. Ensure every new distributor knows how you follow-up with people. Never assume a new person understands that “the fortune is in the follow-up”. For some reason, it’s the last thing a new distributor figures out. Let’s change that pattern, and give the “class of 2009″ an incredible head start.

CONTINUE TO IMPROVE YOUR USE OF TECHNOLOGY. Just get started. What you learn in this area will continue to evolve so it never ends. . We already have an unbelievable “virtual office” that allows us to place orders, sign up new customers and distributors, and track every aspect of our businesses - allowing all of us to tap into the enormous power of the internet. I know that using this technology has made me more effective: increasing my productivity, lowering my expenses and keeping me better connected to the people in my organization.

SPREAD THE MESSAGE GLOBALLY - BUILD A WORLDWIDE TEAM. Currently InnerLight is “exploding” in Europe and this is fueling much of the companies growth. We also do business in Asia and we will continue to expand our reach in this enormous market. Never before has an InnerLight distributor had this type market potential with this many prospects looking to Alkalize & Energize their bodies. It has never been easier to start a downline team in another country. Global barriers have been broken down by the internet and international commerce. Let people know you have a global business and you are looking to expand into other countries. Ask people who they know in countries we do business in like the UK/Germany/France/Germany/Hong Kong, to name just a few. You will be amazed at the amount of people that have international contacts and that would be willing to share them with you!

GET INVOLVED IN INNERLIGHT EVENTSIt doesn’t matter if it is regularly scheduled weekly conference call, a webinar, a 7-Day cleanse call, a Regional or National Event, it’s the same answer. Participate. Just as important as participation is communication. Ensure your downline knows what is happening. Stay in contact with your downline on a regular basis. It’s important not to pre-judge anyones interest in these events. . Pick one or two events and particiapte on a regular basis. This is even more important if you have a team. The team will always move at the pace of the leader

I can’t think of a better time to reflect on your InnerLight business than now. Re-focus and Re-commit yourself to make it to the top in 2009. . Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) home based businesses have very little to do with the selling of products. The very reason they are called MLMs is that those levels are what makes all the difference. The difficulty with MLM schemes and home based businesses is the building of as big of a downline as possible. Downline members are basically people who you refer to become part of the MLM sales team below you. These members then have to do the same, with more members in their downline, and each member in the downline at that level have to keep doing this before profits really begin to look like profits.

One way to find prospective downline members (or recruits) is lead generation. This is not as simple as it sounds and needs some amount of planning. Naturally, it is not going to be as easy as people seeing the advertisements about your home based businesses, its products and getting excited enough to sign up instantly. There are millions of MLM home based businesses out there with the same products and payouts. Most people considering joining an MLM scheme will have questions. At the very least, you should be able to answer all of these questions without repeatedly emailing backlinks to a FAQ page. To that end, you must familiarize yourself as much as possible with the MLM distributor, the products, and the compensation plan.

You have to have a comfort level with the knowledge about your own home based business so that when you talk to people it shows through. You might generate a ton of leads but if your answer is not satisfactory, chances are you will not convert most of those leads. Some sort of appointment calendar or planner should also be kept diligently so that follow-ups are not missed. It can take several callbacks before people will be willing to invest in your MLM home based business. You are basically selling, and selling can take convincing many times over.

So once, you know everything about your MLM home based business and you have the few basic sales tools in place it is time to start generating leads. To begin with, make a list of everyone you know, friends, acquaintances, relatives, anyone with a computer and an internet connection that could be a prospect. Start with these people. If you make mistakes in your sales pitch, they will forgive you and since their answers will be more candid, this will make good practice for later on. One important thing to do upon discovering that someone is not interested in your MLM business is to ask him or her for a few names of people who might be. This way you can build a healthy network of contacts. Sometimes they may hesitate to give you the names, so just ask politely for only the names of the people they feel they can give you without any trouble.

Start collecting business cards, email addresses, and phone numbers. This is for the purpose of making cold calls because you never really know who might be interested. Cold calling is one of the most difficult things to do for any fresh salesperson. It might be uncomfortable in the beginning but keep at it. All it needs is confidence. There is no trick to it. Then there are the MLM trade journals, another good lead generation source for home based businesses. People considering MLMs are already reading these journals. Sometimes it is a nice touch to include a press release, along with your advertisement. Naturally, the first rule of advertising is that your ad should be unlike all the others in order to get attention.

Most affiliate programs will have a hidden cost for those who don’t know better. That is the purchasing of MLM leads. The trouble is there are probably dozens of people out there with the same leads and the competition gets tougher. A lot of companies will have a list of emails and phone numbers for people who in the past might have shown interest in MLM opportunities. Purchasing leads for MLM home based businesses is finally a matter of how good you are at converting those leads.

There are a lot of people out there and a lot of websites that are in the business of nothing but selling leads. Therefore, before buying leads for a MLM home based business make sure that the leads are relevant and that a genuine company of good repute is providing them. A list of emails and names can be sold many times over, make sure you are getting fresh leads only. Do some background research on the company selling leads. The Do Not Call registry has phone numbers that you should not buy. Checking for those numbers is up to you. The company selling you the numbers is not required to do this.

This news is “hot off the press”.

As many of you are aware, Dr. Young has been with InnerLight Inc. since it’s inception in 2001. Over the last few years he has not been as visible as the early years , only doing an event or two here or there. This was due to some disagreements he had with InnerLight ownership at the time. Well, ownership has changed, his feelings have changed and things will change moving forward.

As we close out 2008 and move into 2009 you will see Dr. Young getting more involved in many aspects of the business.  I’ve included the test of the ”press release”  below.

INNERLIGHT AND THE YOUNGS ANNOUNCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
JOINT PRESS RELEASE

VALLEY CENTER. CA. and PROVO. UT. — November 14, 2008

InnerLight Inc. and Robert & Shelley Young announced today that they have reached a Post Judgment Settlement Agreement, and are moving forward to work together harmoniously to implement the Court’s Judgment and Order in their recent litigation in the U.S. District Court in Pennsylvania.

InnerLight is a direct sales/network marketing company that sells health and wellness products, including those that alkalize and energize the body. Robert & Shelley Young were InnerLight’s original founders. In 2001 they sold the InnerLight Company, their products, formulas and trademarks to Darius Marketing Inc.. and its wholly owned subsidiary, InnerLight Inc. The Young’s were retained as paid consultants, but in 2004 a dispute arose between the parties and was brought to the 4th District Federal Court in Philadelphia, PA.

After the conclusion of Post-Judgment Settlement talks between InnerLight’s CEO & President Kevin Brogan and Dr. Robert O. Young, both parties decided it would be in their best interest to amicably implement the Court’s Judgment and Order, and to put the past behind them to move forward. The Young’s remain as paid consultants as per their original contract, and the court’s order dated April 23, 2008. Dr. Young will also be working with InnerLight’s Quality Assurance and Research & Development departments.

Effective immediately, both parties are committed to sharing the message of alkaline health and the continued success of promoting the alkaline lifestyle, including promoting both the pH Miracle Center and the InnerLight product lines and opportunity.
